We want you to love your pre-loved pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with all ReLoved tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack With Care

  Place your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
